Pitch Up Theatre was founded by Laura and Victoria to create fun, engaging theatre that brings everyone together. As theatre-making mums, we’re passionate about storytelling that connects audiences, and we love involving our own children in the creative process along the way.

 

With our flexible setup, we can set the stage almost anywhere; campsites, parks, stately homes, or even pub gardens—truly pitching up wherever the story takes us. Inspired by our love of camping and the great outdoors, Pitch Up was born from a desire to take theatre beyond traditional spaces, adding a little extra magic to your holidays, days out, and adventures.

Laura is also the Artistic Director of Big Bubble Theatre Company and has spent 20 years touring pantomimes and workshops in schools. She is a producer, writer, actor, and proud mum to two brilliant daughters.

Victoria is a producer, actor, and mum to a wonderful son. She has been performing and touring in family theatre since 2008 and loves sharing imaginative, playful stories with audiences of all ages.
